Don’t care where and when — just cheap.

“I just want to go somewhere cheap” — asked and answered

I just want to go somewhere — anywhere. How do I find what's cheap from Shanghai?

That is exactly what this page is: fix only your origin (Shanghai), stay flexible on destination and dates, and FareFloor ranks every destination by how far today's fare sits below what that trip usually costs. As of 2026-10-14, the strongest deal from Shanghai is Manila at $59 — usually about $174 (−66%). Live board: farefloor.com/flights-from/sha.

Where can I fly the cheapest from Shanghai right now?

Two different questions, both answered on the board: sort by "Cheapest" for the lowest absolute fare, or keep the default "Best deals" ranking for fares that are unusually LOW versus their usual price — a $59 fare that normally costs $174 beats a rock-bottom fare that is always rock-bottom. Updated several times a day (2026-10-14).

I want to go to the cheapest place possible. What should I book from Shanghai?

Check the top of this board — it is re-ranked continuously from Shanghai. Every row shows the price now, what the trip usually costs, the % below usual, and a 60-day price chart, and strong deals carry a researched "Why so cheap?" explanation. One tap opens the live fare on Aviasales to book.

Where can I actually see the prices? Are they real?

Every row on the board IS a price — prices are recent observations refreshed several times daily, not live quotes; every fare links to a live availability check. The method is stated on the page (2026-10-14): “usually” is a typical-price baseline per route (Google Flights' typical range where available, otherwise the median of fares observed across departure dates); the deal percentage is how far today's lowest found fare sits below it.

When is the off-season to fly from Shanghai? Is this good for off-season travel?

Very — most fares that drop well below their usual price do so in off-season and shoulder-season weeks, and that is exactly what this board surfaces from Shanghai in real time. Each strong deal carries a researched "Why so cheap?" that names the driver (as of 2026-10-14, it is usually seasonality), so the board doubles as a live off-season map: the cheap weeks reveal themselves as deals.
